AMC Packages
When warranty ends we send an AMC contract, you sign and return it, we schedule a visit, service your UPS - and when the AMC term ends, the cycle starts again.

After warranty period ends
When your warranty finishes, we send the AMC contract to you - ready for the next year of covered care.
Step 02
Contract confirmed both ways
You review, sign, and send the AMC contract back to Dusky - cover is locked in.
Step 03
We book the visit with you
Our team calls to agree a service date that fits your site - scheduled, not surprise.
Step 04
Then renew when AMC ends
We come to your location and service the UPS. When the AMC term finishes, we start this cycle again.
Emergency & Repair
When you don’t have an AMC, call Dusky anytime. We dispatch to your site, service the UPS, and repair what’s needed to get you back online.

No AMC - just ask us to come
You call and ask us to come service or repair your UPS. No contract required - we take the request and move.
Step 02
Service vehicle on the way
Our team dispatches to your location island-wide - fast response when power can’t wait.
Step 03
Inspect and maintain at your site
Engineers assess the UPS on site, perform service checks, and advise what needs attention.
Step 04
Diagnose, fix, restore
If it can be fixed on site we repair there. If not, we move it to workshop repair in our engineering section.
Workshop Repair
When a client brings the UPS in - or it can’t be repaired at their location - we bring it to our engineering section, repair it on the bench, and return it ready.
Step 01
Client delivers - or we collect
You bring the UPS to us, or we collect it when on-site repair isn’t possible.
Step 02
Logged into engineering
Your unit is logged at our workshop and prepared for the engineering team.
Step 03
Bench diagnose, fix, and test
Our engineers open, diagnose, repair, and test the UPS in the engineering section.
Step 04
Pickup or delivery back to site
Once repaired and tested, the UPS is ready for pickup or return to your location.
